The investor through this application that is filed before USCIS must show that the business investment process has been started in U.S. Other things that needs to be submitted along with this Form I-526 includes tax returns, funds transfer records, bank statements, thorough business plan, and article of incorporation.
The investor can launch an entirely new company, restructure or reorganize an existing business, or can purchase and expand the present business operations.
The investment should lead to creation of ten new permanent full-time jobs for U.S. nationals. They all must be employed in the same business venture within two years of the investment.
