Modus Operandi

The process flow of the immigration of the applicant and his/ her family members will be as under:

• The Management has appointed various Affiliates, who shall be responsible to find out necessary clients for the EB-5 Program. The Affiliates, shall identify, list out and pre-scrutinize the available prospects and filter the list of clients.
• The Affiliates will interact with the prospective clients and make them aware of the EB-5 Program and also submit to them necessary documents like Information Brochure, Application Form, Sample Letter of Intent, Sample Indemnity Bond, Sample Agreement between the Regional Centre and the applicant, etc.
• The Affiliates will gather as many information from the clients as may be possible.
• The Affiliates will send an application duly filled-up by the applicant together with a Letter of Intent; a Deed of Undertaking cum Indemnity Bond along with a payment and other attachments to the application is prescribed herein below.
• The application and all the documents will be verified by the Management or its authorized agency/ agent on First-In-First-Out method. For the purpose of verification, the original documents may be required to be furnished by each applicant. If the Management is of the opinion that the applicant is bona fide and that his/ her application stands a good chance to issuance of Visa under the EB-5 Program, then only it shall start the processing of the application and further forward the same to USA officials.
• The applicant and the family members, in whose name(s) the Visas have been sought, may be called upon to furnish other such particulars as may be required till issuance of the Visa.
• The applicant and the family members, in whose name(s) the Visas have been sought, may also be called upon by the US Consulate or such other federal authorities of the USA and/ or the Government and Quasi Governmental authorities of India
• While serving in the aforesaid manner, the management has formalised stages for payment of fees by the applicant.
• Continued hand-holding till immigration of the applicant and his/ her family.
